She is also a Behavioral Skills Expert and a certified Psychometric Analyst and Advisor as well as an Industrial Psychologist.

Rashmi is the head of the Learning and Development vertical with Transcend Biz Mentors Pvt Ltd.

She has been training members of various industries in several behavioral skills for the past 25 years.

She has given her service as a lecturer at several universities.

Her plethora of experience with the industry also gives her an insight into industry trends which helps her give invaluable advice to young students and professionals.

She is a Master in Performing Arts she has given several performances of Bharatanatyam in and outside India.
